THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF RETIRED BORDER PATROL OFFICERS INVITES YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER
MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS
Category 1. SENIOR (Full) Member
Applicant must be in complete accord with the stated purposes of FORBPO,
with at least three years of honorable service as an INS/DHS BPO, and must be retired from Federal Service.
Category 2. Associate Member
Spouse
or Widow
Spouse of qualified member, or widow
of INS/DHS employee who met the qualifications for Senior membership.
Category 3. Associate Member*
Active
Duty INS/DHS Officer
INS/DHS Officer still on
duty, age 40 or over, and eligible for Senior membership upon retirement from Federal Service.
Category 4. Associate Member
Career
INS/DHS Employee
A person who has served honorably
as an employee of INS/DHS for a minimum of ten(10) years, who is forty(40) years of age or over, and has demonstrated
accord with BP mission and spirit
Category 5.
Associate Member*
Extended
INS/DHS/BP Service
Who
left Federal Service
Must have served a minimum
of ten years in INS/DHS, with five years in BP, and honorably separated for a career outside Federal Service and is forty
(40) years of age or older.
*Category
3 and 5 applicants must be
nominated
by a FORBPO Member in
good
standing.

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE BORDER LINE
You will receive a subscription to The Border Line, the quarterly publication of FORBPO.
Family memberships receive single issue subscriptions.
THE DIRECTORY OF MEMBERS
You will receive a copy of the latest issue of The Directory of Members.
Revised directories will be published as required.
ACCESS TO FORBPO E-MAILINGS
If you are on-line you will receive a list of other on-line members, updated monthly.
Other items of interest are also E-Mailed on a timely basis as well as RECUERDOS, sea stories
from our members.
