Please go to the SCHEDULE (cursor down on the registration form) page, print out the schedule of events form and include that with your registration. You should be able to use EITHER the link on this form that opens OR the Hotel Info page.

 You can print the schedule from printing the hard copy registration form.  If you register online, when you click SCHEDULE, the drop down boxes for the events appear, click on the blue circle with an "i" in the center relating to the particular event. It brings up the date and other information relating to that particular event.  

If you mail in your registration form, you may include your check or you can use the PayPal button below. Please add YOUR invoice total in the box below the box that says 41st Conference.
